Do you ship to my country?
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. It is our top priority to bring the costumer great value and service therefore we try to deliver a fast and an exceptional service that satisfies all customers!

My order isn't shipped yet? When will you ship it?
We try to ship within 48-72 hours but due to some circumstances from 3rd parties, the shipment might be delayed, so we ask for your patience. We make sure and do our absolute best to deliver shipments as fast as possible.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
On average, our products take 7-30 days to deliver as we are shipping from overseas. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the order and may be influenced by restrictions that are beyond our control. We included a chart with different locations and their shipping time.

How do I track my order?
- Tracking Numbers Post 5-10 Business days after your order.
- You can access your tracking number(s) by clicking the gold "View My Order" button within your confirmation email. This will launch your confirmation page where you can copy and then paste on the Tracking box below.
- Status Unavailable/Pre-Shipment, or something similar, may appear. This is normal.
- Please check weekly as tracking will not update until your order has cleared customs within your country.
- Please contact the courier directly with any location questions after it has cleared customs.
Note: It may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping company and sometimes tracking numbers may change. If after 6 days you cannot get the tracking information of your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
How do I change my shipping address?
mPower Co. encourages you to triple check your shipping address and billing information when making an order to ensure success but if a mistake occurs, please email our support at email@example.com immediately and we shall offer you assistance.
Will my items be sent in package?
In most situations, we ship in one package but if you order many items at once we might split the package to prevent custom duty fees and further unnecessary problems as to keep the total perceived value of the order low, thus avoiding any extra duty or sales taxes added by your local Customs. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
Will I be required to pay extra fees or custom duties?
Almost all of our orders go flawlessly without any custom duties but any further custom fees are beyond our control and we are not responsible for any extra custom fees. Your order may involve custom fees when it arrives to your country but once again most of orders go smoothly without any extra effort. These are not applied by us when you order therefore please contact the appropriate jurisdiction to find out further information if you are unsure about any charges applied to your orders, but as mentioned, custom fees are rare, and we do our best to prevent the packages from being falsely charged for custom fees.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Refunds & Returns Policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty products.
If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of mpower.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message to our Contact Us popup in the bottom right corner or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
